Introduction

The DialedIn Management Portal provides an access-from-anywhere web-based interface for managers and administrators to gather real time operational information, as well as configure key aspects of their service.

Operational information includes dashboards, KPI notifications, reports, and information lookup.

A rich set of tools are made available to configure and execute activities such as call caps, playbooks, integrations, form builders, and more.

Access is controlled through appropriate authorization profiles. Top level admin access within your operation is provided to you by DialedIn, and from there you can set user access and assign corresponding profiles to other administrators and managers within your organization.

Keep in mind that some of the Management Portal tools may be restricted to being used by your DialedIn support team to help you with complex aspects of your operation.
